What We Do

BAC exists to connect leadership across sectors and ignite collaboration among organizations and individuals throughout the Beaches, so that key community needs are addressed together rather than in isolation. We believe real, lasting change happens when people and organizations who don’t normally work together find reasons to.

Our vision is to build stronger partnerships, amplify resources, and implement sustainable strategies that positively impact our community’s overall wellbeing, ensuring that all residents have the opportunity to thrive. Part of that work means looking honestly at where efforts overlap and where gaps remain, so that resources are used well and no need goes unaddressed simply because no one realized it existed.
